SONY'S NEXT-GEN PSP

Sony's successor to the PSP is a tech powerhouse. It has an ARM Cortex A9 quad-core processor. It can display PS3 level vision. It has a 5-inch OLED screen (960 x 544). The NGP features 2 proper protruding analog sticks in addition to a D-pad and face and shoulder buttons, but the capacitive multitouch screen, multitouch trackpad on the back, and six-axis motion sensors give developers more ways to emplement controls. It can also play flash based format for game. It comes with Wi-Fi, 3G, front and rear cameras and GPS. The developers have already shown the NGP running PS3 games to prove its graphical powers. The NGP is set to release in the end of 2011, with pricing and official name to be revealed in coming months.
